Job summary

Stability AI is seeking a Product Design Engineer - Audio for a remote role in the US and Canada. You will join the Audio team to prototype, build, and polish experiences that make our audio product suite feel effortless, taking ideas from sketches to shipped interactions.

• You're equally comfortable in Figma and your code editor.
• Strong front-end engineering skills: React, TypeScript, Next.js, CSS, animations.
• You have a sharp eye for detail and care deeply about craft.
• You've shipped polished products and know what it takes to get from 90% to 100%.
• You move fast - prototyping ideas in hours, not days.

Responsibilities

• Build production-quality UI components and interactions that delight musicians and producers.
• Rapidly prototype new concepts to test ideas before committing to a full build.
• Own the quality of UI across our suite of audio products - pixel-perfect execution and interactions that feel great in an artist's hands.
• Work with product, engineering, and audio research to figure out what's possible and shape where the product goes.
• Build design systems and component libraries that help the whole team ship faster across desktop, web, plugin, and mobile.
