Checkr in San Francisco is seeking a Product Analyst II to collaborate with cross-functional teams to build complex models and translate business impact into practical actions. You will partner with Product, FP&S, Data Engineering, and business units to derive value from data and push initiatives across the organization.

You will communicate insights to non-technical audiences, influence pricing and monetization through metrics, and drive a data-driven culture with experimentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a highly analytical role, with at least 1 year in a product analytics/data science role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to distill complex analytical solutions into actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and understanding of data warehouse principles including data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gain deep understanding of our products and customers.
• Effectively communicate insights and recommendations from your analysis to a non-technical audience across all organizational levels.
• Collaborate closely with product owners and finance partners to analyze the value of new features, enhancements, and projects.
• Based on exploratory analysis, create customer profiles, develop metrics to inform pricing and monetization strategies.
• Develop AI context, evals to enable your business stakeholders to self-serve your data models.
• Work with engineers to develop data sources and core metrics to be utilized by the entire company.
• Experimentation Evangelist - educate and promote a data driven culture through experimentation.
