Job summary

Checkr, Inc. is seeking a Product Analyst II to partner with multiple business units and translate data into actionable business insights. You’ll develop complex models, measure impact, and support pricing and monetization decisions within the Data Platform organization.

You will collaborate with product, FP&A, data engineering, and cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decisions, communicate insights to non-technical audiences, and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a highly analytical role, including at least 1 year in product analytics/data science
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and data warehousing principles
• Experience with dbt is a plus
• Strong ability to distill analytics into actionable business impact

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand products and customers
• Communicate insights to non-technical audiences across levels
• Collaborate with product owners and finance to analyze value of features
• Develop customer profiles and metrics for pricing/monetization
• Develop AI context to enable self-serve data models
• Work with engineers to define data sources and core metrics
• Promote a data-driven culture through experimentation
