Job summary

Celigo is seeking a Product Data Analyst to partner with UX Research, Product Management, Design, and Engineering to translate behavioral and product usage data into actionable insights that drive adoption and retention. You’ll develop dashboards, set KPIs, and influence product strategy through rigorous quantitative analysis.

Qualifications

  • 4–6+ years of experience in Product Analytics or a similar role supporting B2B SaaS or enterprise software products.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience querying large datasets from multiple applications in a data warehouse (e.g., Snowflake).
  • Experience with product analytics tools (Pendo, GA) and BI tools (Sigma).
  • Experience in defining and measuring KPIs such as activation, engagement, retention, churn, and feature adoption.
  • Work samples demonstrating impact on the business.
  • Experience working in B2B SaaS, enterprise, or technically complex platforms.
  • Proven experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams (Design, Engineering, Business, R&D).
  • Experience with statistical tools (R, Python).
  • Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, CS, or related quantitative field (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Design, Content, and Product Management to identify what to learn from quantitative data and provide actionable insights.
  • Define, track, and report metrics to demonstrate business and user impact; craft hypotheses for features.
  • Proactively analyze data and surface insights to influence product strategy and roadmap decisions.
  • Assist training peers to utilize findings to guide design decisions.
  • Support research operations like recruitment data and ad-hoc questions.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and self-serve reporting for cross-functional teams.
  • Translate business questions into structured analyses and clear recommendations.
  • Identify leading indicators of engagement, activation, retention, and expansion.
  • Work with Product Operations, Engineering, and Data teams to ensure clean event tracking.
  • Influence stakeholders to gain support for user-centric solutions.
