Job summary

FLEX by Fenwick is seeking an experienced Product Counsel to serve as interim in-house counsel for technology and life sciences companies, guiding product teams through complex regulatory landscapes.

You will advise engineering, product, and design teams on regulatory requirements, risk mitigation, and compliance programs across domestic and international markets throughout the product development lifecycle. Engagements are long-term temporary positions with both full-time and part-time options.

Qualifications

• Experience counseling business partners on domestic and international laws, regulations, and compliance best practices for new technologies.
• Advising internal engineering, product, and design teams on regulatory requirements and risk mitigation throughout the product development life cycle.
• Open to attorneys at all levels of practice.
