Qualifications

• Experience shipping software used by real users, across engineering, product, design, or data backgrounds welcomed but delivery matters most.
• Technical fluency to implement, debug, and operate production software in at least one discipline.
• AI as a daily working method with coding agents and AI tools on shipped work.
• Regular experimentation with new AI capabilities, with clear view of capabilities and limits.
• Strong product sense, design judgment, and ability to understand customer needs and measure outcomes.
• Excellent verification habits and clear communication; identify plausible but incorrect output and explain trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Understand problems from customers and users; shape a solution and build the smallest useful version to test your thinking.
• Write and ship production code across interfaces, APIs, integrations, data, and agent workflows; make practical product decisions.
• Use AI agents throughout research, design, implementation, testing, and debugging; build reusable skills and context.
• Experiment with new models and capabilities; turn successful ones into product features and share learnings.
• Judge where a product creates lasting value and choose models, code, or tools to fit the problem.
• Own tests, observability, failure handling, and maintainability; verify AI output and embed security, privacy, and compliance into production work.
• Work directly in customer and partner environments; learn how customers work and deliver integrations.
