PAR Technology Corporation in the United States is seeking a Lead/ Senior/ Principal Builder to transform customer problems into working software. You’ll work with AI daily across discovery, implementation, and delivery on payments, consumer apps, enterprise products, and platforms.

You will own how your part gets built, ship production code, run experiments with models, and ensure robust tests, observability, and security in production.

Qualifications

• Proven track record building and shipping production software with real users.
• Experience with AI-enabled tooling and agent-based workflows.
• Ability to define outcomes from customer problems and build minimal viable products.
• Strong communication and collaboration across product, engineering, and design.

Responsabilités

• Understand problems from customers and users, and define the intended outcome.
• Write and ship production code across interfaces, APIs, data, and agent workflows.
• Use AI agents throughout research, design, implementation, testing, and debugging.
• Experiment regularly with new models and capabilities and turn successful ones into product features.
• Own tests, observability, failure handling, and security considerations in production.
• Deliver integrations in customer and partner environments and measure adoption.
