Job summary

Ticketmaster seeks an experienced Manager, Product Analytics and Experimentation to lead a scalable experimentation program across Global Product Analytics and Experimentation. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, configuring tests in Optimizely, analyzing results, and turning learnings into clear product recommendations.

You will partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Research and Analytics to embed experimentation in every stage of development and to drive product

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience leading and executing a product experimentation program from hypothesis to recommendations.
Hands-on experience with Optimizely including setup, QA, launch, and monitoring.
Advanced statistical knowledge including hypothesis testing, power analysis, and multiple-comparison adjustments.

Responsibilities

Lead and scale the product experimentation program with governance and onboarding.
Serve as hands-on SME for Optimizely test setup, targeting, and monitoring.
Partner with cross-functional teams to design statistically sound experiments.
