Job summary

Ticketmaster's Global Product Analytics and Experimentation team is seeking a Manager to scale an experimentation practice that informs product decisions and revenue growth. You will partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Research, and Analytics to embed experimentation across the product lifecycle.

You will be the hands-on SME for Optimizely, oversee setup, targeting, QA, instrumentation, and test monitoring, while guiding teams in data-driven decision making and advanced analytics

Qualifications

• Define and measure digital metrics aligned with fan and business goals.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve the fan experience.
• Develop analytics tools and self-service resources for teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the experimentation program from hypothesis through analysis.
• Set up and monitor experiments using Optimizely and QA checks.
• Collaborate with product, design, eng, and analytics across teams.
