Job summary

Ticketmaster is seeking a Manager, Product Analytics and Experimentation to lead a scalable experimentation practice that informs product decisions and enhances the fan experience. You will partner across Product, Design, Engineering, Research, and Analytics to embed experimentation in every stage of development.

You will act as the hands-on SME for Optimizely, handling setup, QA, instrumentation, and test monitoring while applying advanced statistics and AI tools to speed insights and reporting.

Qualifications

Experience leading analytics and experimentation programs end-to-end.
Strong background in statistics, hypothesis testing, and power analysis.
Hands-on with Optimizely or comparable platforms and instrumentation validation.

Responsibilities

Define and track key digital metrics linked to fan and business goals.
Investigate trends to improve end-to-end fan experience.
Build analytics tools and self-serve resources for data-driven decisions.
Lead and scale a product experimentation program from design to recommendations.
Collaborate with product, design, eng, research, and analytics teams.
