Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Manager, Product Analytics and Experimentation to lead a scalable experimentation practice across Product, Design, and Engineering. You will own test design, execution, and actionable insights to improve the fan experience and revenue opportunities.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on analysis, partnering with cross-functional teams and using advanced statistics.

Qualifications

Experience leading and executing a product experimentation program from hypothesis to implementation, analysis, and recommendations.
Hands-on experience with Optimizely or a comparable experimentation platform, including setup, QA, instrumentation, and monitoring.
Advanced statistics knowledge: hypothesis testing, power analysis, sample size planning, confidence intervals, sequential testing, multiple comparisons, variance reduction.
Ability to design and run complex product experiments (A/B and multivariate).
Experience with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Contentsquare.
Excellent communication and storytelling to translate analyses into actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead and scale the product experimentation program, including processes, governance, metrics, and onboarding.
Serve as hands-on SME for Optimizely: setup, targeting, QA, instrumentation, test monitoring.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing opportunities and design robust experiments.
Interpret results, explain meaning, and translate findings into product roadmap recommendations.
Define and measure key digital metrics aligned with fan and business goals.
Use data to identify trends and opportunities to improve fan experience end-to-end.
Build analytics tools and self-service resources to enable data-informed decisions.
Translate business questions into analytical and experimentation solutions.
