Job summary

Ticketmaster, part of Live Nation, is seeking a Manager, Product Analytics and Experimentation to drive a scalable experimentation practice and improve the fan experience. You will set standards, onboard teams, and manage tests in Optimizely while delivering clear product recommendations.

collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, Research, and Analytics to embed experimentation across development stages and define metrics that drive fan engagement and revenue.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a product experimentation program from hypothesis to recommendations.
• Hands-on Optimizely setup, targeting, QA, instrumentation, and monitoring.
• Advanced statistics knowledge and strong data storytelling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the product experimentation program with governance and standards.
• Serve as hands-on expert for Optimizely experiments across teams.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify testing opportunities and design tests.
• Interpret results and translate learnings into product strategy and roadmaps.
• Define and measure digital metrics aligned with fan and business goals.
• Build analytics tools and self-service resources for teams.
