Equitable is seeking a dynamic Producer Assistant to support the Producer Group in our South Florida remote team. You will manage calendars, client communications, and prepare financial planning materials, processing account applications, and assisting with investment transfers.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2+ years of professional administrative experience in an office environment.
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with confidence.
• Strong communicator who thrives in a fast paced, team based setting.
• Proven ability to support a Producer Group while maintaining accuracy under heavy workloads.

Responsibilities

• Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls with professionalism and discretion.
• Manage and organize calendars for Associates/Producers, ensuring schedules are conflict-free.
• Coordinate logistics for client meetings, including materials, reminders, and room reservations.
• Track and follow up on new business submissions within three business days; resolve omissions promptly.
• Maintain accurate records through timely filing, contact history updates, and correspondence tracking.
• Provide administrative client service support, including address and beneficiary updates.
• Support recurring meetings, reports, and special projects using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Handle correspondence; review, route, and draft responses as needed.
