Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• CFP designation in progress is a plus but not required.
• 0–3 years in financial services or related field.
• Familiarity with financial planning software (eMoney, MoneyGuide).
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
• Team-oriented and independent when needed.
• Enthusiasm for learning financial planning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial plans by gathering data and analyzing information.
• Manage client inquiries and route to appropriate team members.
• Support creation of financial plans with analyses and reports.
• Review client financial data for accuracy and completeness.
• Generate investment performance reports and portfolio updates.
• Run financial planning software to model scenarios.
• Research financial products, market trends, and planning topics.
• Prepare client meeting materials and documents.
