You will build dashboards, analyze operational data, draft AI‑assisted RCA summaries, and explore AI use cases while supporting leadership with concise insights; onsite first week in Raleigh, NC, then remote.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills showcased via coursework, projects, or internships.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) from coursework or projects.
• Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for data organization and analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to present findings clearly.
• Curiosity, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Use AI tools to analyze production incidents and post‑incident reviews.
• Identify recurring failure patterns, trends, and root causes.
• Draft AI‑assisted RCA summaries with findings and corrective actions.
• Help track whether corrective actions reduce repeat incidents.
• Document ProdOps workflows and assess opportunities for AI and automation.
• Create process maps for current and future state workflows.
• Assist with testing and rollout of process and automation improvements.
• Analyze operational data and build dashboards to monitor health and improvements.
• Prepare leadership-ready summaries of findings and recommendations.
• Explore new AI use cases with ProdOps stakeholders.
