• Collect quotes, lead times, and product specs from vendors.
• Maintain procurement records and supplier documentation.
• Support contract administration and vendor communications.
• Monitor progress and report delays or discrepancies to teams.
• Collaborate with engineering/project teams to document procurement needs.
• Assist in budget tracking and spend reporting for projects.
• Prepare procurement reports and status updates for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support inventory and material tracking as needed.
