Job summary

This role requires proactive expediting, coordination of domestic and international shipments, and ensuring timely customs clearance, with collaboration across Procurement, Operations, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 5 years in expediting, logistics, procurement support, or materials management.
• Experience coordinating domestic and international shipments with brokers and forwarders.
• Experience in heavy industrial operations such as mining, metals, or refining.

Responsibilities

• Expedite purchase orders and supplier commitments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate domestic and international transportation and optimize freight options.
• Manage import/export documentation and ensure timely customs clearance.
• Support procurement, operations, and maintenance with shipment visibility and risk mitigation.
