Job summary

ProcureAbility, a Jabil company, seeks a Consulting Manager/Senior Consulting Manager to lead project workstreams across procurement and supply chain engagements. You will interact with executives, manage teams, and deliver data-driven insights using advanced Excel and PowerPoint.

The role blends client work with internal initiatives in a fully remote culture. You will guide strategic cost reduction efforts, manage engagements, and travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years with a consulting firm is required.
• 6+ years in procurement, either consulting or as a practitioner.
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 3+ years directing project teams and managing direct reports.
• Proven ability to manage engagements from proposal to final delivery.
• Expert-level skills with financial and data assessments, and creating MS PowerPoint presentations.
• Travel to client sites on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with clients on procurement and supply chain initiatives.
• Manage and support client project workstreams: assessments, sourcing, category management.
• Develop procurement strategy roadmaps and capability development.
• Lead teams of consultants, analysts, and staff to deliver client work.
• Support internal firm-building initiatives including research and proposals.
