Job summary

RTX is seeking a procurement professional to join the LADS Supply Chain team in the United States. The selected individual will support multiple programs across the Raytheon LADS portfolio, performing procurement and supplier management for U.S.

Government and Commercial contracts. The role involves placing purchase orders of low to medium complexity, conducting price analyses, and negotiating terms with suppliers.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University degree and 12 months or less of relevant professional experience (excluding internships).
• U.S. Person status (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain export authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Perform procurement and supplier management activities in support of U.S. Government and Commercial contracts.
• Place purchase orders of low to medium complexity and medium volume.
• Utilize source selection techniques, compile, and analyze data to perform price analysis, conduct negotiations (including terms and conditions), and identify supplier risks, with guidance as needed.
• Ensure that requirements (prime contract, quality, terms and conditions) are properly communicated to suppliers and manage supplier performance to cost, schedule, and quality requirements.
• Work cross functionally with engineering, quality, and program management along with other key functional groups to ensure program needs are met.
• Monitor procurement reports and help drive performance to meet company metric targets.
• Communicate clearly and be proactive in a fast-paced environment. Be flexible, innovative, work with speed and agility yet be thorough and compliant with government and Raytheon regulations, while successfully driving tasks to completion.
