Job summary

Biomerics LLC is seeking a Procurement Analyst to support enterprise procurement and category management through data-driven analysis, supplier coordination, and execution of vendor projects across multiple Biomerics locations.

You will convert spend, pricing, demand, inventory, and supplier-performance data into actionable recommendations, partnering with site and functional stakeholders in a remote, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
• 3+ years purchasing, procurement, or category management experience.
• Experience coordinating vendor projects across multiple locations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to present complex analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze enterprise and site-level spend, demand, inventory, lead-time, and supplier performance data to identify sourcing opportunities.
• Manage vendor projects across Biomerics locations with plans, milestones, and reporting.
• Support category strategies through market research, supplier benchmarking, and business-case development.
• Develop procurement dashboards, scorecards, savings trackers, and recurring reports using Excel, Power BI, and BI tools.
• Collaborate with site purchasing, planning, operations, quality, engineering, finance to gather requirements and implement sourcing initiatives.
• Prepare RFIs/RFPs; analyze supplier responses; support supplier selections with data-driven rationale.
• Support negotiations with cost models, price comparisons, and TCO analyses.
• Track savings, cost avoidance, and other procurement metrics per company standards.
• Maintain supplier and contract data in procurement/ERP systems.
