Job summary

Insight Global in Wisconsin is seeking a procurement professional who will serve as a key operational resource for Oracle procurement processes, contract execution, and supplier administration. You will train staff, manage requisitions and POs, and maintain contract and supplier records.

You will support Accounts Payable, coordinate DocuSign workflows, and maintain the contract repository in SharePoint, enabling timely renewals and accurate spending data.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage requisitions and purchasing from request to PO issuance.
• Create and maintain purchase requisitions and purchase orders in Oracle.
• Train employees on procurement policies, Oracle requisition creation, and workflows.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Assist with vendor onboarding, setup, and record maintenance.
• Support Accounts Payable with vendor payments and invoice processing.
• Maintain supplier information and procurement documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve procurement issues.
• Manage contract intake and coordinate contract workflows.
• Coordinate contract execution through DocuSign and other platforms.
• Track contract approvals, status, and key dates.
• Support renewals and amendments.
• Build and maintain the contract repository in SharePoint.
• Transfer executed agreements from DocuSign into SharePoint.
• Enter and maintain contract metadata; ensure searchable access.
• Assist with contract reporting and repository governance.
• Monitor contract renewals and support decision-making.

The contractor will serve as a key operational resource for Oracle procurement processes, contract execution, and supplier administration while helping drive procurement compliance, visibility, and efficiency across corporate departments.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage corporate requisitions and purchasing processes from request through purchase order issuance.

Create and maintain purchase requisitions and purchase orders within Oracle.

Train and support employees on procurement policies, Oracle requisition creation, approval workflows, and purchasing procedures.

Ensure procurement activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Assist with vendor onboarding, vendor setup, and vendor record maintenance.

Support Accounts Payable with vendor payment inquiries, invoice processing, and issue resolution.

Maintain accurate supplier information and procurement documentation.

Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve transactional procurement issues.

Manage the contract intake process and coordinate contract workflows.

Coordinate contract execution through DocuSign and other approved signature platforms.

Track contract approvals, execution status, and key dates.

Support routine contract amendments, renewals, and extensions.

Build, organize, and maintain the corporate contract repository within SharePoint.

Transfer executed agreements from DocuSign into SharePoint.

Enter and maintain contract metadata

Ensure contracts are searchable, properly categorized, and accessible to authorized stakeholders.

Support contract reporting and repository governance initiatives.

Assist with administration of corporate maintenance and service agreements.

Validate contract utilization, spending levels, and negotiated pricing or discounts.

Monitor upcoming renewals and support stakeholders through renewal decision-making processes.

Execute simple renewals and transactional procurement activities.
