Job summary

Mass General Brigham Supply Chain, a department within Mass General Brigham Finance, supports a $3.5 billion procurement and payment process for 14 institutions, including Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham and Women's. We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented team member for the Procure-to-Pay support role.

This remote position offers 40 hours weekly, with a pay range of $19.81–$28.30 per hour and opportunities to work with cross-functional teams using ServiceNow, Workday, and GHX

Qualifications

• Requires excellent organizational skills.
• Requires the ability to work independently, take initiative and prioritize tasks.
• Able to work as a team member.
• Knowledge of basic computer systems (ex: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office) and preferably PHS applications (ex: Workday, GHX).

Responsibilities

• Review and resolve 90-120 match exception items daily per SOP.
• Provide solution-driven approach to invoice match exceptions and escalations.
• Use ServiceNow to track, report, and respond to match exceptions inquiries.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls with suppliers and employees for procure-to-pay questions.
• Identify trends and recurring issues and escalate to Corporate Manager.
• Run queries to identify orders with missing confirmations and exceptions to resolve.
• Perform other duties as requested by the Manager of Purchasing.
• Maintain clear communication and customer service within the department.
• Model professional conduct for department staff.
