Job summary

ERIEBANK is seeking a Business Process Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives aimed at overhauling, automating, or optimizing operational workflows. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive efficiency in a dynamic environment.

You will plan, execute and monitor projects with the Bright Ideas Committee, CX/EX taskforces, and department managers, ensuring alignment with strategic goals while managing budgets and risks.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; two years’ project management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage budgets, resources and risks while leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor process improvement projects with stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with CNB/ESA Bank goals and priorities.
• Manage budgets, resources, and risks effectively.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Utilize project management tools and methodologies for efficient workflow.
• Identify and resolve project issues to minimize disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
