Job summary

Genpact in the United States is seeking a Commercial Operations Analyst to support the efficiency of our sales and marketing functions. You will analyze sales and market data to provide insights for decision-making, monitor and optimize processes, and collaborate with teams to align on goals.

You will develop and maintain KPI reports, identify improvement opportunities, and assist in budgeting and forecasting to support commercial planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Business Analytics, Computer Science or Statistics; Master’s in Data Science may be preferred.
• Professional certifications listed in the job description (CBAP, Digital Marketing Professional, Pricing Professional, Data Analysis Certificate, PMI-PBA).
• Proficiency with Excel and VBA/macros is beneficial.
