Trader Hire seeks experienced proprietary traders to trade equities and options using firm-allocated capital in a fully remote environment. This independent contractor (1099) role offers capital, coaching, and a performance-driven compensation model from a remote location.

Position supports traders in New Orleans-area or elsewhere with a reliable computer and high-speed internet. Capital starts at $50,000 and can scale to $500,000+, with regular reviews and potential advancement opportunities.

Formación

• At least 2 years of trading experience in options or currency markets.
• Understanding of options Greeks, volatility, or forex market dynamics.
• Discipline to follow a structured trading plan and risk rules.
• Dedicated and coachable with long-term skill development.
• Access to reliable computer and high-speed internet for trading.

Responsabilidades

• Trade options strategies across U.S. equities when market liquid.
• Combine technical, fundamental, and volatility signals to time trades.
• Manage risk with sizing, stop-loss, and exposure limits.
• React to earnings, macro events, and volatility shifts with strategy choices.
• Maintain records of trading activity for risk oversight.
• Collaborate with the firm's options traders when useful.
