Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Remote Pro Fee Quality Reviewer to review medical record documentation and coding accuracy using ICD-10-CM, CPT and HCPCS, across orthopedic, transplant, neuro and other specialties.

The role requires a high school diploma, US citizenship, credentials (RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CPC, CIC, or COC) and 5+ years of coding experience; you must maintain certification. This full-time position offers a competitive salary (65k–108k) and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• US Citizenship required.
• Must hold one of the credentials: RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CPC, CIC, COC.
• 5+ years of coding or review experience.
• Maintain coding credential while employed by Guidehouse.

Responsibilities

• Review medical record documentation for coding accuracy.
• Apply ICD-10-CM, CPT and HCPCS coding classifications.
• Ensure abstraction accuracy across specialties (Orthopedics, Transplant, Neuro, Radiology, etc.).
