Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Pro Fee Quality Team Lead to remotely support US clients. You will lead onboarding and training for pro fee reviewers, develop training workflows, and oversee QA pre-bill assignments while coordinating with coding leadership.

Qualifications

• Must hold active credentials CPC/COC/CPMA RHIT RHIA CCS CIC or equivalent.
• High school diploma or GED required; related experience acceptable in lieu of degree.
• Maintain coding credentials while employed by Guidehouse.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and training for pro fee reviewers and create training materials.
• Collaborate with coding ops leaders and oversee pre-bill QA assignments.
• Assist with reviewer connectivity and issue resolution for clients.
• Coordinate with onshore/offshore leadership to update assignment sheets.
