Join CrowdDoing as a Pro Bono Leadership Development Coach for Systems Change, contributing to leadership development and systemic change through coaching and mentorship. This unpaid role offers the chance to enhance your skills while engaging with a diverse community dedicated to social impact. You will support volunteers in gaining the competencies needed for effective leadership, driving initiatives that tackle systemic issues.

Qualifications

• Leadership coaching experience is critical.
• Coaching certification (ICF, EMCC) desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching to enhance leadership skills among volunteers.
• Collaborate on leadership development programs.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions.
