CrowdDoing is a joint initiative of Match4Action Foundation and Reframe It, dedicated to addressing social, economic, and environmental challenges through global, multi-disciplinary volunteering, micro-leadership, and service learning. We unite volunteers and systems change leaders from diverse backgrounds to collaborate on initiatives that drive systemic change. By embracing the concept of ikigai—"reason for being"—we help individuals find roles that align with their passions, skills, and values, enabling them to contribute meaningfully to causes they care about.
This is an unpaid, not financially compensated virtual volunteer role.
Role Description
We invite you to join our team as a Pro Bono Leadership Development Coach for Systems Change, a unique volunteer role designed for individuals passionate about fostering leadership skills among volunteers and systems change leaders. Through the CrowdDoing Pro Bono Coaching Fractal, you will play a pivotal role in developing the next generation of leaders who will drive impactful systemic change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership Coaching: Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions focused on developing leadership competencies among volunteers and systems change leaders, helping them enhance their abilities to lead projects and teams effectively.
- Support the Coaching Fractal: Collaborate within the CrowdDoing Pro Bono Coaching Fractal to develop and refine leadership development programs, ensuring they are impactful, scalable, and aligned with our mission.
- Mentorship and Guidance: Assist individuals in identifying their leadership styles, strengths, and areas for growth, and support them in creating personalized development plans.
- Facilitate Learning Experiences: Design and deliver workshops, webinars, and training sessions on topics such as leadership principles, team management, strategic thinking, and effective communication.
- Foster a Collaborative Environment: Create a nurturing space that encourages peer learning, open dialogue, and mutual support among volunteers and leaders from diverse disciplines.
- Community Engagement: Participate in team meetings and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and shared learning within the global coaching community.
Qualifications
- Experience in Leadership Development: Background in leadership coaching, organizational development, or a related field, with a strong understanding of leadership theories and practices.
- Coaching Certification: Professional certification in coaching (e.g., ICF, EMCC) is highly desirable.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to engage, inspire, and motivate individuals from diverse backgrounds in an unpaid, volunteer setting.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Empathetic listener with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Organizational Skills: Proficient in managing multiple coaching relationships and administrative tasks effectively.
- Commitment to Ethical Practices: Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in all coaching interactions.
- Passion for Systems Change: Deep interest in social innovation, sustainability, and contributing to meaningful systemic change through leadership development.

Qualifications
- Coaching & Mentoring, Leadership Development, and Consulting skills
- Experience in coaching and training for leadership development
- Ability to provide consulting support for social innovation projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Understanding of systems change and social impact initiatives
- Experience in volunteer management or community engagement is a plus
- Background in psychology, sociology, or related field is beneficial
