The role emphasizes independence, strong teamwork, 24/7 staff support, paid training, and a remote-friendly environment while delivering high-quality home health services to geriatric patients.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (TX/Compact) required.
• Experience in assisted living facilities preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Home health experience in geriatrics preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and self-motivation.

Responsabilités

• Deliver skilled nursing care in patients' homes per physician orders.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and update care plans.
• Administer nursing treatments and monitor patient status.
• Document care using Kinnser/WellSky electronic charting.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and education.
• Support administrative tasks as needed.
