Job summary

BMA is seeking a Privileged Access Management Systems Engineer for a remote role in the United States. The engineer will manage provisioning, operation, installation, configuration and ongoing PAM services within the AMPS OCI environment for DoD-related applications.

The role requires hands-on PAM delivery, guidance on process improvements, and strong compliance focus to support audits. Candidate must meet DoD 8570 IAT II and CyberArk certifications, with background-check readiness.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of overall professional experience in the engineering field.
• Three (3) years of relevant experience with identity access management components (users, group, and policies)
• Three (3) years of CyberArk installation, operation and maintenance, and application integration experience.
• DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAT Level II
• CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer (CDE)

Responsibilities

• Provision, operate, install, configure and maintain PAM software/services within DLA's AMPS OCI environment.
• Provide technical support and hands-on delivery in PAM planning, implementation and ongoing operation.
• Recommend improvements for processes, policies and controls to reduce privileged access risk.
• Support PAM integration with DLA AMPS processes and OCI-hosted Oracle Identity Governance suite.
• Implement privileged access authorization workflows and persist access requests for audit compliance.
• Coordinate PAM integration, configuration upgrades, patches with maintenance schedules and team activity.
• Ensure PAM procedures meet organizational values and regulatory requirements; document specifications, configurations, and test results.
