Job summary

Zurich North America is seeking a Private Products Integration Manager. This role serves as the strategic and technical bridge between Private Products and Sales & Service, translating agent needs and market intelligence into profitable crop insurance products.

The role requires collaboration across underwriting, sales, marketing, claims, and technology, with approximately 40% travel. Work-from-home in the Schaumburg, IL or Anoka, MN area is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years in product development OR High School Diploma with 7+ years in product development AND crop insurance experience
• Underwriting and/or claims experience required
• Experience with private crop insurance products, federal crop program knowledge a plus
• Ability to travel ~40% for field work and Go-To-Market activities

Responsibilities

• Bridge Private Products with Sales & Service to translate needs into profitable products
• Collaborate with underwriting, sales, training, marketing, claims, compliance, actuarial and tech teams
• Explain complex policy provisions and product interactions to technical and non‑technical audiences
• Inform product priorities with agent needs, market intelligence and competitor activity
