Job summary

Zurich Crop in the United States is seeking a Private Products Integration Manager who will unite private product strategy with underwriting and field sales. This role requires translating market needs into profitable products and coordinating a Go-To-Market plan with stakeholders across underwriting, sales, training, marketing, claims, compliance and technology.

The position is remote with up to 40% travel, primarily to field locations in MN, IL, and surrounding markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of experience in the Product Development area.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 7+ years of experience in the Product Development area.
• Crop insurance experience
• Underwriting and/or Claims experience

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic and technical bridge between the Private Products organization and the Sales & Service organization.
• Translate private product needs into profitable products and implement a successful Go-To-Market strategy.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Sales, Training, Marketing, Claims, Compliance, Actuarial and Technology partners to align stakeholder priorities.
• Establish a disciplined feedback loop so agent needs and competitor activity inform product priorities while meeting underwriting appetite and regulatory requirements.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Product Development

High School Diploma or Equivalent with 7+ years in Product Development
