Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington. The LMHC/LICSW/LMFT clinicians join as 1099 contractors with no minimum caseloads and complete schedule autonomy. Rula covers billing, claims, and EHR, while clinicians focus on sessions and notes.

Providers receive fast credentialing and dedicated support, with referrals, case consultations, and a growing therapist community. In-person sessions offer a $20 base-pay increase per in-person session for intakes and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed LMHC, LICSW or LMFT.
• Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.
