Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington. We are hiring LMHC/LICSW/LMFT contractors to deliver sessions via telehealth with autonomy over scheduling.

Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes). Guaranteed payment every two weeks, with admin handled by Rula for billing and claims. Flexible, supportive, clinician-driven practice with referral flow and ongoing credentialing assistance.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed LMFT, LICSW or LMHC in Washington
• Must have valid NPI
• Licensed in Washington and able to provide telehealth

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth LMHC sessions to clients in Washington
• Complete notes and session documentation according to EHR requirements
• Rula handles billing, claims, and admin support; therapists focus on sessions
