Job summary

Rula is expanding its Washington network of licensed clinicians to provide telehealth behavioral health services. Contractors work with autonomy and no minimum caseload, delivering LMHC-level care in 53-minute sessions and handling notes while Rula manages billing and insurance.

This role supports flexible schedules and ongoing professional development. Clinicians must be licensed in WA (LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC), hold a valid NPI, and be able to conduct telehealth sessions.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC in Washington state.
• Valid NPI number.
• Telehealth capable and able to provide remote sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health therapy to individuals, couples, and families via telehealth in Washington.
• Maintain high quality client care and documentation.
• Manage scheduling autonomy as a 1099 contractor.
