Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington and beyond, offering telehealth opportunities. As a LMHC/Licensed therapist, you will provide sessions (53 minutes) to clients via telehealth, with schedule autonomy and no minimum caseload.

Admin tasks are managed by Rula, including billing and EHR support, so you can focus on delivering care. You must be licensed in WA, hold an LMFT/LICSW/LMHC credential, have an active NPI, and be able to provide telehealth.

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth LMHC sessions (53 minutes) to clients.
• Maintain client notes and scheduling with autonomy.
• Rula handles billing, claims, and EHR support.
• Collaborate with network clinicians to coordinate care.
• Maintain credentialing and ongoing insurance enrollment with support from Rula.
