As an LMHC/LMFT/LICSW contractor, you will schedule sessions autonomously and receive direct deposit payments every two weeks, with paid protections for no-shows and late cancellations.

Providers keep calendar control, while Rula handles insurance enrollment, billing, and claims. A $20 in-person session bonus is available for in-person intakes and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI
• Must be licensed in Washington and able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health sessions to clients via telehealth.
• Handle session notes and documentation; billing and EHR are managed by Rula.
• Maintain professional licensure and comply with WA telehealth regulations.
