Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI must be on file.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Maintain session notes in the EHR and ensure timely documentation.
• Manage flexibility of scheduling as a 1099 contractor.
