Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington. Providers work as 1099 contractors with no minimum caseloads and full schedule autonomy, delivering behavioral health services via telehealth. The company handles billing, claims, and EHRs, while you focus on session delivery and clinical care.

Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed biweekly direct deposit. In-person sessions can include a $20 per-session pay increase, and a supportive clinician

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide LMHC/LMFT/LICSW sessions via telehealth.
• Maintain session notes in the EHR as part of standard practice.
• Rula handles billing, claims, and administrative tasks.
