Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington and offering telehealth with flexible scheduling. Therapists operate as 1099 contractors with no minimum caseload and full schedule autonomy.

Compensation includes LMHC rate of $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed payment every two weeks, and protection against no-shows and cancellations. Rula handles billing and administrative tasks, while you focus on client care.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMHC, LICSW or LMFT.
• Valid NPI required.
• Must be licensed in Washington and able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions to clients in Washington.
• Maintain session notes and documentation.
• Collaborate with the Rula network and referrals.
