Job summary

HireIQ, a growing accountancy and advisory firm, seeks a technically strong CTA-qualified Tax Manager to work with the Tax Director on complex advisory matters across Private Client, OMB and Corporate Tax.

This fully remote role involves ownership of advisory projects, building strong client relationships, and delivering high-quality tax advice to a varied client base including HNW individuals and business groups.

Qualifications

• CTA qualified with post-qualification experience in tax advisory.
• Strong UK tax knowledge across Private Client, OMB and Corporate Tax.
• Experience advising Owner Managed Businesses and their shareholders desirable.
• Proactive, hands-on approach to drive advisory projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the Tax Director with high-quality tax advice across private client, OMB and corporate matters.
• Deliver end-to-end complex tax advisory projects and client reports.
• Draft clear written tax advice and liaise with clients and internal teams.
• Assist with inheritance tax, CGT and income extraction planning.
• Contribute to tax planning, group restructures and demergers.
• Develop technical knowledge and assist with compliance during busy periods.
