Job summary

StackAdapt is a remote-first technology company enabling marketers to reach, engage, and convert audiences with precision across the digital landscape. The Privacy Implementation Lead will translate privacy requirements into actionable technical plans and drive cross-functional execution with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Security.

As a day-to-day liaison to the Legal Privacy team, you will monitor privacy controls, document data flows, and lead risk-aware decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in privacy operations or related fields.
• Experience with Product, Engineering, Data Science or Security.
• Strong project management and multi-workstream delivery.
• Understand data flows, pixels, consent signals, retention and system integrations.
• Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, US state privacy laws, privacy by design.

Responsibilities

• Translate privacy guidance into business and technical requirements with owners, dependencies, deadlines and steps.
• Own operational implementation of privacy initiatives with Product, Engineering, Data Science and Security.
• Support privacy controls across StackAdapt's properties, ad tech and data collection.
• Document data flows, storage, and data use to support deletion, suppression and retention.
• Develop reporting guidelines and retention requirements based on business needs.
• Implement and manage privacy, tracking, governance tools including testing tools.
• Test privacy controls: pixel and tag behavior, consent signals, opt-outs, deletion and retention workflows.
• Establish repeatable privacy intake, backlog-management, testing and reporting processes.
• Use AI tools to improve QA and Privacy team efficiency.
