Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Privacy Analyst II to join the Information Security team in a remote-capable role based from Houston. You will monitor, report, and mitigate data privacy risks, contributing to policy development and assurance across AI and data use.

You will work with auditors, business owners, and technical SMEs to assess privacy risks, support compliance, and deliver training. Strong communication and independent decision-making are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in GRC, privacy, or security risk/compliance roles.
• Familiarity with privacy laws and security frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain privacy policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data, systems, and processes meet privacy and AI best practices.
• Coordinate responses to Data Subject Access Requests and support regulatory compliance.
