Qualifications

• 2+ years of reimbursement-related work experience.
• Knowledge of reimbursement compliance requirements.
• Ability to interpret payer requirements for prior authorization.
• Ability to summarize clinical and cost literature.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage Inspire’s Prior Authorization Program.
• Enter and manage patient information in database; verify insurance coverage.
• Call insurances to obtain prior authorization status; assist sites and patients.
• Monitor progress of requests and related appeals through EMR.
• Train sites on program requirements and best practices.
• Provide guidance on appeals including EMR; support EMR success.
