Qualifications

• PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy required.
• Active, unrestricted U.S. pharmacist license preferred (multi-state)
• Experience in hospital, ambulatory, community, or clinical settings valued.
• Strong clinical judgment and clear written communication essential.

Responsibilities
