Job summary

Pharmacy Careers is seeking a fully remote Prior Authorization Pharmacist to review requests from home, applying evidence-based criteria and regulatory standards. You will communicate determinations to providers and members with professional documentation, while collaborating with medical directors on complex cases.

Ideal candidates hold a PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy with an active U.S. license and experience across hospital, ambulatory, or community settings.

Qualifications

• Education: PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy.
• Licensure: Active, unrestricted U.S. pharmacist license (multi-state preferred but not required).
• Experience: Hospital, ambulatory, community, or any clinical pharmacy background is highly valued. New graduates and career changers are encouraged to apply.
• Skills: Strong clinical judgment, clear written communication, comfort with criteria-based review, and attention to detail.
