Liviniti, LLC is seeking a Prior Authorization Pharmacist in Atlanta, GA. This full-time role manages PA workflows, collaborates with clinical teams, and ensures timely, guideline-based coverage determinations for members. A BS Pharm or PharmD and managed care experience are required, with PAHub experience preferred.

Qualifications

• BS Pharm OR PharmD required.
• Managed Care experience required.
• Past PAHub experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages the assigned daily work queues within PAHub.
• Navigate other systems to assist with PA review (drug info resources, guidelines, claim system, design system).
• Assist manager with overseeing PA technicians.
• Review/approve or deny coverage for pharmaceuticals based on PA criteria.
• Serve as a clinical resource to other pharmacists.
• Assist development or updating PA criteria.
• Review authorizations to support client medication access.
• Communicate process improvements to the team leader.
• Own assigned tasks and drive projects to completion.
• Participate in projects/meetings as assigned.
• Attend training and stay current on best practices and PA tech.
• Adhere to HIPAA requirements and report violations.
