Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR seeks an experienced Print Estimator for a leading TN-based printing operation. You will generate precise estimates, coordinate with production, and optimize processes to meet client specs, cost, and deadlines.

Remote-friendly option may be available. Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in commercial printing estimation, proficiency with EFI/Monarch/Hagan/PACE, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial printing cost estimating and production planning.
• Experience using Print Management System software (EFI/Monarch/Hagan/PACE).
• Knowledge of offset sheetfed and digital printing processes and terminology.
• Familiarity with binding and mailing operations.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely estimates in response to RFQs and price changes.
• Collaborate with production to review specs and gather data for estimates.
• Adjust estimates to improve production efficiency and reduce cost.
• Obtain vendor quotes for materials and services for comparison.
• Prepare detailed production plans meeting client specs, cost, quality, and deadlines.
