Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Principal Training & Education Specialist for Interventional Cardiology Therapies. This role develops and delivers learning solutions that prepare field teams to effectively support healthcare professionals and patients across the Coronary, Renal Denervation, and CathWorks portfolios.

Qualifications

• Minimum 11+ years in training, sales/sales support, marketing or clinical settings.
• Alternative paths: 9+ years with Associate's, or 7+ years with Bachelor's.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong communication skills; travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Acts as training generalist across portfolio lines (Coronary, CathWorks, Renal Denervation).
• Supports onboarding and training for new hires and ongoing education programs.
• Collaborates with Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, and R&D to create curricula and materials.
• Maintains up-to-date content and ensures compliance with regulatory standards.
